English beating the hell out of the indians. Indians were defeated, kicked, bruised, thrashed, killed and even called donkeys by their English Masters. First white washing the pathetic indians in all the 4 test matches 4-0, then beating them in the t20 format and then beating india in ODIs as well not even allowing the poor indians to win even a single game, beating them in all three formats of the game comfortably. This just proves that the world cup was fix and ipl matches are fixed.

@sathwiksk drawwww…..read what i said india has never been able to win a series in Australia and south Africa….

@mrjack123789 What kind of tracks were they playing on when they won against you guys in the previous tours? You mean even England had those tracks? In 2008 the series against Australia was actually a ‘draw’ everyone knows whats the actual result of sydney test was.

@sathwiksk lolzzzzz i assure u dear england has never lost like this, india couldn’t even score 300 in 6 innings, they didn’t even score 250 runs in each innings of the 3rd test match, allistar cook scored more runs 294 than whole of the indian team combined, it just proves the fact that indian batsman can bat only inside india on dead flat batting tracks or sometimes at most just in Asia, india has never won a series in south africa or australia, india can only play on dead flat batting tracks

@mrjack123789 Well England has not performed well in India at recent times, you forgot 5-0 and and 1-0 drubbing England got in 2008? This was a poor display i agree but India are a much better team than their performance in this series.

Harsha…these are not dead flat tracks of india, india has never won a test series in Australia and South Africa…India should only play in india because that’s the only place where they win or at the most just stay inside Asia otherwise they will keep on getting thrashed like the way they are in England…no one would be surprised if Cook scores another 294 in Ovals as well…just take this team back to india and eat bryani over there…give bharat ratna to tendi-noodle and ask him to retire

Harsha you are spot on as usual, this is poor selection. It doesn’t mean that Dravid is not good, but he is not suitable, young ones surely deserve chance in such tough condition which will add some experience in their basket.

And we are certainly missing Gary or a coach like him, England have done better since Fletcher left them & they are on the verge of becoming No.1. BCCI appointed Fletcher because of this tour only, they are not bothered about future.

Hi Harsha..I absolutely agree with you and perhaps this is the most baffling thing that has happened among all the chaos in England.Leads me to think whether we have done well the last few years because of the selectors or inspite of the selectors.I have a question for you:You wrote an article saying that resting all the players for the westindies was not such a bad move.Do you still agree with it?Secondly this might be a longshot but are we missing Gary Kirsten?

Perfect. i dont think any one can say anything apart from what Harsha has said about the selection here… hits the nail on the head…

Dravid is better than sehwag because . Dravid is fit and can score 100% SR. I don’t think Sehwag because he is not fit. play the game with Fit players.. Indian young players must learn from this tour………

Thats a sense of Panic from Indian selectors and planting seeds of insecurity among young players. You watched Indian cricket for long now and during last 4 years the amount of progress made by this team has been amazing. I want your insight on lack of attitude during last test and this test of this Indian team which is really disappointing.Win and loss is part of game. I have failed to understand the attitude of this team.

Rahul is sophisticated, smart.. true gentleman, a fantastic level headed ambassador for India, needless to say that he’s technically solid and a super class batsman. Selectors have hit the panic button now (seeing the lack of technique, quality and temperament) and brought him in, playing him like a joker card. Only 3 months ago he must have been watching from the sidelines, when his contribution to ODI’s was all but forgotten. Nice to see him gracefully accepting the offer. watch and learn!

It is a great decision from our wall…..He deserves equal hype as tendulkar gets but stereotype indian cricket fans idol worship made tendulkar much into limelight than dravid….Love u Dravid and keep up the good work Mr Harsha
